Italian Canoles
Ingredients
1/3 cup Olive oil

1 1/2 cup Chopped onion

1 Clove garlic, minced

2 cup Tomato sauce

1 tsp Basil

1 1/2 cup Water

2 tbsp Chopped parsley

1 tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Oregano

1/4 tsp Pepper



CANOLES



1 1/2 lb Italian sausage, browned

1 lb Mozzarella cheese, cubed

Pizza dough (frozen bread dough)

Preparation
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Pour rest of ingredients in together. Add water; bring to a boil and simmer 2 hours.



Flatten out balls of thawed bread dough; fill with meat and cubed cheese. Seal edges; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Italian sauce.
