Italian Meat Loaf
Ingredients
1 Egg, beaten

1 1/2 lb Ground beef

1 can (8 oz) pizza sauce

3/4 cup (3 oz.) Velveeta Shredded

Pasteurized Process Cheese

Food

3/4 cup Old fashioned or quick

Oats, uncooked

1/4 cup Cold water

1/2 tsp Dried oregano leaves,crushed

Preparation
In a large bowl,combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the sauce; mix lightly.Shape into a loaf in a 10 x 6" baking dish. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with remaining sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
