Italian Meatballs-Basic
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Ground beef

1 cup Bread crumbs

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

3/4 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 cup Milk

2 Eggs

1/2 tsp Pepper

1 tbsp Parsley

2 tsp Basil

1/2 tsp Oregano

Preparation
Mix all ingredients by hand until very well mixed. Roll into small balls. Option #1: Fry in hot oil, turning when done on one side. Option #2: Place in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Also, spray tops of meatballs, Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 30 minutes or until no longer pink in middle.



Serve with sauce of choice over pasta, or in meatball sandwich.
