3 Sausage links (skinned, cooked and drained well)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Pre-bake pie shell. Place sausage on bottom of crust. Blend eggs and cheeses and seasoning. Pour over sausage and bake 350 for 45 min or until center is almost firm.
