Jellied Horseradish
Ingredients
1 cup Horseradish

1/2 cup Vinegar

3 1/4 cup Sugar

1/2 Bottle fruit pectin

Preparation
Combine horseradish, vinegar, and sugar. Stir. Heat rapidly to full rolling boil. Add fruit pectin. Stirring constantly, heat again to full rolling boil. Boil 1/2 minute. Remove from fire. Let stand 1 minute. Skim. The Household Searchlight
