1 1/2 lb Jicama, peeled and cubed
3 medium Oranges, peeled and cut in bite sized pieces
2 large Cucumbers, peeled, seeded,cubed
1/3 Pineapple, peeled and cubed
6 Key limes, juiced or 3 regular limes
Salt, to taste
Ground chile piquin, optional or chile powder blend or hot pepper sauce

Place all ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and toss. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
