2 cup Corn meal

1 cup Flour

2 tbsp Minced onions

1 Egg

2 tbsp Bacon drippings

dash Cajun seasoning

2 tbsp Baking powder

Milk

Deep fat for frying

Mix all ingredients with just enough milk to make a thick mixture. Wet hands & roll mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. drop into deep fat & remove when brown. drain on absorbent paper. You can use salt & pepper to taste in place of cajun seasoning.
