Kanape Me Antsougia (Anchovy Canape)
Ingredients
1 can Flat anchovy fillets

2 Cooked beets, chopped

Bread, trimmed and cut>>>>

Into rectangles.

5 Hard cooked egg whites, chop

Chopped olives

Capers

Preparation
Place an anchovy fillet lengthwise down the center of each piece of bread. On one side of it, put the chopped egg whites topped with a few capers; on the other side, put the chopped beets topped with the chopped olives.
