3 lb Beef roast, (up to 4)
2 Bay leaves
1 cup Celery, sliced
2 cup Carrots, sliced
1 medium Onion, sliced
1 medium Can tomato juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Garlic salt
3 Bouillon cubes
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Stick butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute celery, carrots, onions in butter. Take from pan. Rub meat on both sides with seasonings. Cut slices in meat to ensure that it is seasoned well. Brown meat on both sides in the remaining butter. Add vegatables, juice, bouillon cubes and bay leaves.
