16 oz Sauerkraut, drained

1/2 cup Celery -finely chopped

1/2 cup Green pepper -finely chopped

1/2 cup Carrot -finely chopp

1/2 cup Onion -finely choppe

1/4 cup Sugar

Combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. S relish with hot dogs, vegetables, or meats. Yield: 1-quart.
