Leftover Vegetable Casserole
Ingredients
1 cup Cooked corn kernels

1 cup Cooked green beans

1 cup Finely chopped celery

1 cup Minced onion

1/2 cup Green pepper, finely chopped

4 cup Sharp cheddar, grated

1 cup Sour cream

1 can Cream of celery soup

Preparation
Mix all ingredients and place in a large, greased casserole dish. Top with enough bread crumbs to cover and 1/4 cup melted butter, drizzled evenly over top.
