Lemon Barbecued Meat Loaves
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Ground chuck

4 slice Stale bread, diced

1/4 cup Lemon juice

1/4 cup Minced onion

1 Egg, slightly beaten

2 tsp Seasoned salt

1/2 cup Catsup

1/3 cup Brown sugar

1 tsp Dry mustard

1/4 tsp Allspice

1/4 tsp Ground cloves

6 Thin lemon slices

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine ground chuck, bread, lemon juice, onion, egg and salt. Mix well and shape into 6 individual loaves; place in greased 9x13" baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.



In small bowl, combine remaiing ingredients except lemon slices. Cover loaves with sauce and top each with a lemon slice; bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally with sauce from pan. Serve sauce over loaves.



Per serving: 418 Calories; 25g Fat (53% calories from fat); 23g Protein; 26g Carbohydrate; 115mg Cholesterol; 899mg Sodium
