Lemon Ginger Bread
Ingredients
2 tsp Yeast

3 cup Bread flour

1/2 tsp Salt

3 tbsp Brown sugar

1/2 tsp Ground ginger

1 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup

3 tbsp Butter or margarine

3 tbsp Lemon juice

3/4 cup Water

Preparation
Add ingredients according to machine directions. I made a large loaf, Subtle flavor increase ginger.
