Les' Cottage Cheese Garden Salad
Ingredients
24 oz Cottage Cheese, small curd

1 Stalk celery, diced

1/2 Carrot, grated

1/2 Green Bell Pepper, seeded, diced

4 Scallions, diced

1 Plum tomato, seeded, diced

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation
