1 can Undrained sauerkraut (lg)
1 cup Choppd salad olive w/pimento
Grn pepper, chopped-optional
Dill or garlic - optional
2 cup Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Honey
Carrot, grated - optional

Combine all ingredients. Allow to blend 8 to 10 hours. Chill.
