Liberty Hall Marinated Beef Tenderloin
Ingredients
1/2 cup Ruby port

1/4 cup Olive oil

1/4 cup Soy sauce

1/2 tsp Pepper

1/2 tsp Thyme, crushed

1/4 tsp Hot pepper sauce

1 Bay leaf

1 1/2 lb Boneless beef tenderloin, cut in 1/2" slices

Preparation
Mix first seven ingredients and pour over steaks. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.



Remove steaks from marinade. Place steaks on a broiler pan and place in cold oven. Broil 3 inches from heat 7 minutes; turn and broil 7 minutes more.



NOTES : I think I will make a sauce by reducing the marinade. Recipe by: Junior League of St. Louis
