2 package (8-oz) cream cheese

4 tbsp (heaping) horseradish

Tabasco to taste

2 tsp Seasoned mustard

Chipped beef or ham

Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly, using enough Tabasco to give a good, tangy bite. Roll into 1 or 2 logs & coat with chipped beef. Chill before serving.
