Linda's Chicken Tortillas
Ingredients
3 oz Skinless Boneless Chicken

Breast -- sliced

1 Clove Garlic -- crushed

1/4 cup Water

1/4 tsp Knorr Chicken Stock

1/2 large Onion -- sliced

1/4 large Green Pepper -- sliced

3 tbsp Salsa

1/2 cup Lettuce -- sliced

1/2 cup Tomato -- cubed

2 Tortillas - Pepe's Whole

Wheat 6"

Preparation
In medium fry pan add chicken, garlic, water, stock, onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are slightly tender (water will probably evaportate during cooking time). If there is still water in pan - drain. Heat salsa in microwave till hot. Divide chicken mixture between two tortillas, add salsa, lettuce and tomato. Enjoy.
