Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add cream and heat gently. Add Gorgonzola cheese; stir until smooth. Add parmesan and linguine. Toss gently and thoroughly until well heated. Sprinkle with parsley and serve at once.
NOTES : This is a nice alternative to Fettuccine Alfredo.
