Lo Mein Noodles
Ingredients
Cooked spaghetti for 4

1/2 cup Soy sauce

1/2 cup Sliced carrots

1/2 cup Sliced celery

1/2 cup Sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup Sliced onions

1/2 cup Sliced water chestnuts

Preparation
Stir-fry vegetables in small amount oil; set aside. Stir-fry cooked dry noodles in oil until slightly browned. Stir in vegetables and soy sauce to taste.
