1 1/2 cup Red onion, finely chopped
1 medium Tomato, finely chopped
4 Green onions, chopped
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Lemon juice
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Soy sauce
1/4 tsp Cayenne
Tortilla chips

Mix all ingredients except tortilla chips iin a glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refridgerate at least 3 hours but not longer than 2 days. Makes about 2 cups of salsa
