Macadamia Nut Pie
Ingredients


PIE CRUST



1 1/2 cup Macadamia nuts, chopped

3 tbsp Butter, melted

3 tbsp Sugar



FILLING



1 Square semi-sweet choc

1 cup Whipping cream, whipped

20 Large marshmallows

Preparation
For Crust: Mix crust ingredients and press in 9 inch pie plate. Thoroughly chill in refrigerator before making filling. For Filling: Melt one square semi-sweet choc. in milk in double boiler. Add marshmallows. When these are completely melted, add whipped cream. Stir and pour into throughly chilled pie crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
