Macaroni And Beef Casserole
Ingredients
1/2 lb Ground beef

1/2 lb Bulk pork sausage

1 medium Onion

1 can Tomato paste (6 oz)

1 cup Water

1/2 tsp Oregano

1/2 tsp Salt

4 cup Elbow macaroni, cooked

1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation
Recipe by: Hunt's Tomato Paste Recipe Collection In a 10-inch skillet, brwon beef, sausage and onion; drain fat.



Add tomato paste, water, oregano and salt; simmer 5 minutes.



In a 2 1/2 quart casserole layer half the macaroni, half the meat sauce and half the cheese. Repeat layers using remaining macaroni, meat sauce and cheese.



Bake at 375 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V3 #343
