Macaroni Verde
Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive oil

1 package Frozen chopped spinach, cooked and slightly drained

1/4 tsp Garlic powder

1 dash Pepper

1/2 tsp Salt

2/3 cup Low fat cottage cheese

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp Dried basil

4 cup Cooked macaroni

Preparation
In a blender, combine all except the pasta. Blend until smooth. Pour over hot pasta and reheat till hot. (If this seems a bit dry, you can add a little milk.) Serve sprinkled with some additional parmesan.
