Mix all ingredients together and pour over flank steak or London Broil. Marinate over night. Remove from refrigerator about one hour before cooking. Preheat grill for 5 minutes and cook approximately 5 minutes. Check after 3 minutes. Let stand about 10 minutes before slicing and slice at an angle across grain, serve immediately.
