Marinated Potato And Mushroom Salad
Ingredients
1/3 cup Vegetable oil

1/4 cup Lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Chicken bouillon granules

1 1/2 lb New potatoes, cooked and cubed

1 cup Fresh mushrooms

1/3 cup Celery, chopped

1/4 cup Green onion, chopped

Preparation
1. In large shallow dish combine oil, lemon juice, sugar, bouillon, and mix well.



2. Add potatoes, mushrooms, celery and green onions.
