3 lb Chicken thighs, legs, OR pieces
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
1/4 cup Plum chutney, OR plum sauce
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 medium Piece fresh ginger root, thinly sliced
1 Lime, juice of *
3 tbsp Cornstarch

Mix all the ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl. Add chicken; coat well and put it all in a crockpot. Cook 5-6 hours on low. Serve with rice. Me ke aloha, Mary
