Chipotle Sauce, *
1 lb Ground Pork
1/2 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp Onion, Finely Chopped
2 tsp Salt
1 lb Ground Beef
2 Eggs, Large
1/2 cup Milk
2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro, Snipped
1/2 tsp Pepper

Prepare Chipotle Sauce and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Heat sauce and meatballs to boiling; then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer until meatballs are done, about 20 minutes. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
