2 cup Flour

3 Carrots

2 cup Sugar

1 1/2 cup Wesson oil

4 Eggs

1/2 cup Walnut

2 tsp Baking soda

2 tsp Cinnamon



ICING



2 Bottles avoset whipping cream

2 package Cream cheese

1/2 cup Powdered sugar

Date: Fri, 12 Jul 1996 04:13:33 +0800 Grate the carrots. Mix with oil. Add dry ingredients plus eggs. Add nuts and raisins (optional). Cook in pan for 1 hour at 350'F.



Icing: Blend altogether and spread over the cake.
