Grill or barbecue the sausages for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through. Cut the sausages open to butterfly, spoon the salsa on top of each sausage, top with cheese and grill for 3-4 minutes. Pile sausages onto plates, top with sour cream and corn chips. Serve with salad.
