Microwave Beef And Mushroom Loaf
Ingredients
1 Egg, or 1/4 cup egg subst

3 tbsp Milk, or mush. liquid

3 oz Can mushroom stems and pieces, drained

1/4 cup Quick oats

2 tbsp Parsley, snipped

1 tsp Onion salt

1 lb Ground beef, (or 1/2 gr. turkey)

1/2 cup Sharp American cheese, shredded

Preparation
In bowl, combine egg, milk or liquid, mushrooms, oats, parsley and onion salt. Stir in ground meat. Shape into round loaf in glass pie pan. Microwave, covered on High for 5-7 minutes. Drain fat. Microwave, uncovered until done, 2-3 minutes more. Poke to make sure loaf doesn't run red. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave unitl cheese melts, 1 minute. Let stand for 5 minutes.
