1 Hard boiled egg - finely chopped
1 tbsp White wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Chives, minced
1 tbsp Parsley, minced
2 tbsp Dill, chopped
3 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp "Lite" sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix together all ingredients except chopped egg. When well blended, add egg. Wonderful over mixed lettuces, butter lettuce, or as the dressing for cole slaw or potato salad.
