Insert roast into crock pot. Wedge green pepper slices around roast. Pour jar of Giardineria and red wine over roast. Insert peeled garlic cloves into roast top. Cover and crock on low for 10 hours.
NOTES : I added some sliced carrots on the bottom before the roast. DELICIOUS easy way to serve up a great cheap cut of meat without the waste. Meat just fell apart when I took it out.
