Mr Food's Asian Chicken Salad
Ingredients
2 tbsp Sesame oil

1/2 cup Sesame seeds

4 Cloves garlic, minced

2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, in 1/2" chunks

3/4 cup Vegetable oil

1/2 cup Sugar

1/4 cup Soy sauce

1/4 cup White vinegar

1 Head Napa cabbage, in bite-size pieces

1 can (11oz) mandarin oranges

Preparation
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over Medium heat. Saute sesame seeds and garlic 2-3 minutes, or until sesame seeds are golden. Add chicken, vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook 4-5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Meanwhile, place cabbage, snow peas and mandarin oranges in a large bowl or on a serving platter. Top with the chicken mixture nad toss until well coated. Serve immediately. Serves 6-8. MC formatting by bobbi744@sojourn.com
