Mrs. Dash Chili
Ingredients
1 can Chili tomatoes (15 oz)

1 can Red kidney beans, undrained (15 1/2 oz)

2 tbsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb

1 tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Cumin

Grated cheese (opt)

Chopped onion (opt)

Preparation
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese and onions if desired.
