Mrs. Maline's Health Salad
Ingredients
Med head cabbage, shredded

3 each Carrots, sliced thin

Green pepper, sliced thin

2 each Cucumbers, peeled & diced

1/2 cup Sugar

1/4 cup Water

1/2 cup Oil

Lg Onion, sliced thin

3/4 cup Vinegar

1/4 tsp Salt

Preparation
Mix liquids. Add vegetables and let stand in fridge overnight. Delicious!
