Mushroom-Fresh Dill Salad
Ingredients
6 tbsp -(up to)

8 tbsp Safflower oil

4 tbsp -(up to)

4 1/2 tbsp Vinegar

1 1/2 tsp Dried mustard

Black pepper to taste

1 cup Cream

1/2 cup Chopped green onions

Chopped fresh dill

1 lb Sliced fresh mushrooms

Salt to taste

Lemon juice to taste

Preparation
Mix oil & vinegar well until homogenized. Add mustard & pepper & blend well. Add cream, onions & dill; fold in mushrooms. Add salt & lemon juice to taste.
