1 can Nacho cheese w/ jalapeno peppers), Frito Lay
1 1/2 cup Sour cream, Blend this with taco
1 package Taco seasoning mix*
2 Soft avocados, * see note
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Diced, seeded tomato
Diced scallions
1 slice Black olives
Preparation
On a round platter spread cheese(whole can) really thin with knife.(that's first layer) 2nd layer- the mixed sour cream & taco seasoning mix 3rd layer- avocado mix Sprinkle the top with the diced vegies & olives. Serve with Tostidos taco restaurant style chips.
NOTES : *she uses El paso brand ** Avocados about the size of oranges-mash them together with lemon juice(this can be done in the food processor) Recipe by: Shelley Moldover(Marci's Friend)
