Nancy Clark's Milanese Dressing
Ingredients
1/4 cup Olive oil

2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp Chopped fresh basil, or 1 tsp dried

1 tsp Dried oregano

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Cayenne

Preparation
Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve over Mesclun mix.



Betsy's Notes: I added 1/4 tsp of sugar and a few sprinkles of garlic powder.
