1/2 c ground nuts 1 c mashed potatoes 1/2 t salt 1 T brewer's yeast 1 c boiling water 1/2 c oatmeal, dry
Stir oats into water and cook until thick. Add to above and mix. Mix 1/2 c whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup brewer's yeast for a breading meal. Dip patties into this mixture and fry until golden brown. 239 cal. per serving.
