1/2 cup Light Cream

1 tsp Granulated Sugar

1/4 cup Vinegar

1/4 tsp Salt

1 medium Head Of Iceberg Or Leaf Lettuce

1/2 cup Scallions, Chopped

Mix the first 4 ingredients, blending well. Break up the lettuce in a salad bowl and add the scallions, then the cream mixture. Toss and serve.
