Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Beef stew meat, cubed -- or

2 lb Hamburger

1 can Tomato sauce (8oz)

1 can Tomato paste (6oz)

1 can Stewed tomatoes (16oz) --

Optional

2 tbsp Chili powder

1 1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Hot pepper sauce -- more if

Hot

Preparation
