1/4 cup Orange juice, freshly squeezed
2 tbsp White wine
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Orange peel, grated
1 tsp Fresh thyme
1/2 tsp Fresh rosemary, minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Hot pepper sauce
