6 oz Can (3/4 cup) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp *each* baking soda, salt
1/2 cup *each* shortening, milk
2 Eggs
1 cup Raisins
1/3 cup Chopped nuts
Topping:
1/3 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
1 tsp Cinnamon

Grease & flour bottom of 13x9 inch pan.
Combine 1/2 cup of the orange juice concentrate with remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend at lowest speed until just blended. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake at 350~ for 40-45 minutes.
Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl.
Drizzle remaining orange juice concentrate over warm cake; sprinkle with toppping.
