I adjusted the recipe using the chicken breast instead of chicken pieces. - Reggie
With a brush, coat the chicken liberally with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and oregeno. Scatter cloves of garlic (unpeeled!) in pan amid chicken. Pour wine into pan. Bake in medium oven, uncovered, for about one hour.
The flavor is incredible. It's sort of a buttery, spicy, pungent, nutty sort of flavor, and my husband and I ended up searching for the garlic pieces.
This is a great recipe for an "oven meal."
This is an incredible recipe!! -Reggie Posted to Digest eat-lf.v096.n143
