Paprika Rabbit With Caraway Noodles
Ingredients
2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Pepper

1 cup Flour

2 Rabbits

1/2 cup Butter

1 tbsp Paprika

1 1/2 cup Heavy cream

1/4 cup Sherry

3 cup Egg noodles

2 tbsp Caraway seeds

Preparation
Mix salt & pepper in flour. Roll rabbit in flour. Heat half the butter in skillet & brown rabbit. Mix paprika with cream. Add sherry to meat, then cream. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 hour. A little water may be required half way through cooking. Boil & drain noodles. Melt in remaining butter & sprinkle seeds over. Serve with rabbit.
