Pasta Jambalaya
Ingredients
2 cup Chicken, diced

1/2 lb Tasso or smoked sausage, chop

1/4 cup Green pepper, chopped

1/4 cup Red onion, chopped

1 tbsp Minced garlic

each Creole seasoning

1/4 Stick butter

each Grated provolone

each Grated gouda

1 lb Three-colored pasta, cooked

Preparation
Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter. Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
