3 Cloves garlic, peeled
1 cup Walnut halves, toasted and cooled
1 1/2 cup Heavy cream
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese or Romano, shredded
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
1 lb Shaped pasta, such as bow ties
Extra walnuts and cheese

Place garlic, walnuts, cream, cheese, salt and papper in food processor container fitted with steel blade; cover. Process until smooth.
Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Toss with sauce. Garnish with additional toasted walnuts and fresh herbs and serve immediately with additional cheese, if desired.
