Mash avocados. Stir into slightly thickened lemon gelatine base made with lemon flavoured gelatin, hot water and lemon juice. Stir in grapefruit sections and chopped celery. Pour into a mold. Chill and unmold. serve with a whipped cream and mayonnaise mixture. Serves 8-10.
