Peggy's Mom's Chili Sauce
Ingredients
12 qt Basket of Tomatoes

12 each Good Sized Onions

2 each Sweet Peppers

3 each Hot Peppers

Celery Stalk

3 lb Sugar

5 tbsp Salt

1 tsp Mustard

1 pinch White Wine Vinegar

1/4 lb Whole Pickling Spice

(in cheesecloth bag)

Preparation
